Without checking the credentials mentioned in the CV, no firm recruits.... leave alone I.T. Companies..Once you selectt somebody as an employee, all the certificattes will be verified and the working experience will be taken into account..Problem arises when the I.T. Companies just mention the timings of work as 8 or 10 hours but they dont stick to the time mentioned by them..The top 5 companies expect their employees to slog till 2 or 3 pm in the night, leave them overstrained and pressurised that they forget their own private lives to live..When this is the situation, there is one more bombshell in the form of outsourcing..They hire at low wages especially freshers, make the little experienced ones to extract work from these freshers and it is a tiresome task for the freshers as well as their immediate superiors..Forget the team manager or supervisor..the basic employees with a remuneration of 2.5 to 3 lakhs are the easily targetted ones, who cannot work as anything else once they leave their I.T. field...also they crave for their experience certificate for their better future. So, as usual, a coin has two sides...one side highlighted by you in favour of I.T. Companies and the other side is this... SILENT SUFFERERS !!!
